We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to design and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications
Role Overview The Digital Solutions Designer – Procurement Automation is a hands‑on design and build role responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and user‑centered digital solutions that support Global Procurement workflows, automation initiatives, and operational productivity.

This role focuses on designing and building low‑code applications and digital experiences using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix and SharePoint, with a strong emphasis on user experience (UX), visual design, and usability. The Digital Solutions Designer translates business needs into well‑designed applications that reduce manual effort, simplify processes, and accelerate adoption of automation and analytics.

This is not an IT role. The role partners closely with Procurement users, Automation Analysts, BI teams, Data Governance, and IT to ensure solutions align with approved platforms, security standards, intake processes, and architectural guardrails.

Key Responsibilities Application & Experience Design

  • Design intuitive, user‑friendly digital solutions that align with Procurement workflows and user needs.
  • Apply strong UX/UI design principles, including layout, navigation, accessibility, and visual consistency.
  • Use professional design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar) to create:
    • Wireframes
    • User flows
    • Mockups and design prototypes
  • Ensure designs prioritize usability, clarity, and adoption—not just functionality.

LowCode Application Development

  • Design and build applications using approved low‑code platforms, including:
    • Microsoft Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Mendix
  • Develop forms, screens, workflows, and lightweight logic to support process automation and data capture.
  • Partner with Automation Analysts to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Follow established design patterns, templates, and platform standards.
